Admissions Process
Step 1 - Visit Royalmont Academy Parents and potential students are encouraged to visit the school during school hours or call the Admissions office at (513) 754-0555 to schedule an appointment. Step 2 - Complete the Application Return the PK-8th grade application to the Admissions Office. Applications are processed on a “first received basis.”
Step 3 - Record Review
Step 4 - Interview A student and/or family interview is scheduled with the Principal or Admissions Director to review the testing outcome and discuss any other concerns or questions you may have. Tuition, financial assistance and our Family Service Program will be discussed at this interview. Step 5 - Notification of Acceptance Following the above four steps, you will be notified by letter of your child’s acceptance status to Royalmont Academy. Step 6 - Deposit and Enrollment Contract In order to secure your spot a non-refundable $300 tuition deposit is required. The enrollment contract must be completed, signed and returned to the school with the deposit. This deposit is applied directly to your tuition invoice. Step 3 - Academic Evaluation Once the application and all records are received, they are reviewed by the Administration.
Step 4 - Student/Family Interview A student and/or family meeting is scheduled to meet the Head of School or Dean of Students and address concerns or questions you may have. Tuition, financial assistance and our Family Service Program(FSP) will be discussed at this meeting. Step 5 - Notification of Acceptance Following the above four steps, you will be notified by letter and e-mail of your child’s acceptance status into Royalmont Academy Catholic High School. Step 6 - Enrollment Contract In order to secure your spot the enrollment contract must be completed, signed and returned to the school with a non-refundable $300 tuition deposit.

Attendance/Discipline Students at Royalmont Academy are expected to maintain high standards of discipline and attendance. Our students will conduct themselves in accord with the high standards in our student handbook. Therefore, following information will be an important part of the consideration for admissions:
