APPLY NOW - Preschool to 8th Grade
Step 1 - Visit Royalmont Academy
​Parents and potential students are encouraged to visit the school during school hours or call the Admissions office at (513) 754-0555 to schedule an appointment.

​Step 2 - Complete the Application
Complete  the online PK-8th grade application.  Applications are processed on a “first received basis.”
  • Copies of most recent report card and standardized test scores (1st-8th)
  • Copies of birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if applicable) (PK – 8th)
  • Preschool students will need a signed physical prior to August 15th
  • Application Fee, per student: $50 per child 
  • Once the application and all records are received, they are reviewed by the Administration. 

​Step 3 - Record Review
  •  1st – 8th grades: Please request a transcript release from your child's current school if applicable. We will contact you to schedule an entrance evaluation. The results help us to assess your child’s academic skills and determine placement.

​​Step 4 - Family Meeting/School Visit
A student and/or family tour and meeting is scheduled with the Head of School or Admissions Director. Tuition, financial assistance and our Family Service Program will be discussed at this interview. We love to meet our new families!

​Step 5 - Notification of Acceptance
​Following the above four steps, you will be notified via email of your child’s acceptance status to Royalmont Academy. 

​Step 6 - Deposit and Enrollment Contract
​In order to secure your spot a non-refundable $300 tuition deposit is required. The enrollment packet must be completed, signed  with the deposit. ​​ This deposit is applied directly to your tuition invoice for the upcoming school year.
APPLY NOW - HIGH SCHOOL
​Step 1 - Visit Royalmont Academy
​Parents and potential students are encouraged to visit the school during school hours or call the Admissions office at (513) 754-0555 to schedule an appointment. Shadow Days are encouraged.

​Step 2 - Complete the Application
Complete the high school application online. Applications are processed on a “first received basis.”  Completing the application includes:
  • Complete the online application
  • Complete the essay prompt to be considered for scholarships
  • Complete the AOC Release of Records Form
  • Attach a copy of birth certificate
  • Attach copies of sacramental certificates if applicable

Step 3 - Academic Evaluation
Once the application and all records are received, they are reviewed by the Administration. 
  • 9th – 12th grades: The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is required for admission of all incoming 9th grade students. Certain subjects may also have placement tests: Latin, Mathematics & Composition. These are taken after admission is confirmed.
  • Register to take the HSPT at Royalmont Academy
  • Standardized testing,  transcript review and placement test if necessary
  • Copies of IEP/ETR, behavioral or psychological evaluations

​​Step 4 - Student/Family Meeting
A student and/or family meeting is scheduled to meet the Head of School or Dean of Students to meet the administrative team and address concerns or questions you may have. Tuition and financial assistance will be discussed at this meeting. 

​Step 5 - Notification of Acceptance
​Following the above four steps, you will be notified by e-mail of your child’s admission decision to attend Royalmont Academy Catholic High School.

​Step 6 - Enrollment Contract

​In order to secure your spot the enrollment contract must be completed online and submitted with a non-refundable $300 tuition deposit. This deposit is applied to fall tuition.

Fall 2022 - December 2nd
Applications accepted for the Class of 2027 
Online Application and essay due by December 4th to be considered for scholarships,
​ rolling admission after Dec 2nd

Applications for grades 9-12 will be accepted on a rolling admission basis.
 ADMISSIONS PROCESS/POLICY
 
Visit the School
  • Parents and potential students are encouraged to visit the school during school hours; call the Admissions office for an appointment.  Shadow days are also encouraged and will be arranged.
 
Complete an Application
Completing the application includes:
  • Copies of most recent report card and standardized test scores (K-12th)
  • Original of birth certificate (we must make a copy) and a copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
  • Applications are processed on a “first received basis”
  • Complete FACTS application for tuition assistance, if needed
 
Testing and Academic Qualifications
  • Once the application and all records are received, they are reviewed by the Administration for acceptance and placement. 
  • HSPT for incoming freshman high school applicants, November each year.
  • Transfer students may be required to take a Math and English entrance exam.  Current high school transcripts will be reviewed for placement.
 
Attendance/Discipline
​
Students at Royalmont Academy are expected to maintain high standards of discipline and attendance.  Our students will conduct themselves in accord with the high standards in our student handbook.  Therefore, following information will be an important part of the consideration for admissions:
  • Attendance records from the past two years
  • In good standing at the previous school, based on discipline records and/or reports from school officials

* Class size may have an influence on admission.  The class size established is 20 students per grade level.  If a class reaches capacity, then enrollment will be based on the following guidelines:
  • Student with sibling(s) currently enrolled at Royalmont Academy
  • Student of an employee
  • Student attending a Catholic elementary or high school
  • Child, Grandchild, or Sibling of Alumni
  • Students who are currently active members of a Catholic parish
  • Students who are currently active members of another Christian church
  • Student wishing to enroll who has completed all the application requirements
