Teaching, Non-teaching, and Volunteer Background Check Requirements
All teaching and non-teaching employees are required to complete FBI/BCI background checks as well as online background checks as required by the State of Ohio. The online background check is completed through Selection.com. Teaching and non-teaching employees must also comply with the Archdiocesan requirements to complete the Virtus Child Protection Decree workshop.
Regular volunteers (more than 1 hour in a year period) are required to complete on online background check with Selection.com as well as comply with the Archdiocesan requirements to complete the Virtus Child Protection Decree workshop.

AFTER CARE COORDINATOR: Grades K-8: Royalmont Academy is looking for individuals to staff the After Care Program for grades K through 8th grade. We are seeking one individual to serve as the program administrator and an co-leader to staff the program. These are part-time positions 3:00 - 5:30 Monday - Friday. Candidates should be energetic and organized. Duties will include organizing snack, activities, crafts and games for the children along with the supervision of homework. Candidates will be required to complete VIRTUS training and a background check.
Development and Marketing Assistant (3 days per week). The best candidate for the position will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. He or she will also be proficient in the use of Word, Power Point, other Microsoft programs, and Constant Contact. This position reports to the Development Team and Administration supporting the development activities of the school especially, but not limited to, the Annual Fund, Fall Banquet, and Gala. Royalmont’s mission is to bring souls to Christ by forming Christian leaders and currently serves nearly 200 students in Pre-K through High School in the Mason area.
