Royalmont Academy Catholic High School

Picture
Our teachers instill in each student a deep understanding of the need to learn for a lifetime, foster a deep and genuine friendship with Christ, and assist students in achieving virtue and maturity, while forming their heart. Through Dual credit courses, AP and Honors classes, school-sponsored extracurricular activities, athletics, and volunteer opportunities, we focus on the student as a whole via the educational philosophy we call Integral Formation® - the harmonious development of all dimensions of the human person: Intellectual, Spiritual, Human, and Apostolic.  These types of opportunities often mean that our students score higher on standardized tests and are more likely to be accepted into the college of their choice.

Our students also have the opportunity to enjoy elective courses such as Logic, Rhetoric, Latin, Dave Ramsey's Financial Literacy, engineering and STEM courses.  Our school is a Theology of the Body school promoting the design of God as demonstrated in the human form.  We also are proud to be admitted to the Cardinal Newman Catholic Schools Honor Roll!  In addition, students have the opportunity to participate in apostolic activities such as, Regnum Christi led, Holy Week Mercy Mission Cincinnati and Missions in New York in the Fall.  The senior class works diligently toward their capstone senior pilgrimage which have recently taken place in Ireland (18'), Italy (19'), Germany (20'), Gatlinburg (21'), and Greece (22').

The culture of our school promotes maturation in a sincere, joyful and virtuous environment free from many distractions and is directed towards the discovery of each student’s vocation.  We encourage you to schedule a time to visit our school and see first-hand what a day in the life of RA high school student looks like.

My wife and I have put two children through other private high schools.  We unfortunately experienced an overwhelming secular student culture despite the heroic intentions of some staff and clergy.  At Royalmont we have happily found the reverse.  In addition to a very challenging academic curriculum, an authentic Catholic Christian culture has helped our daughter to flourish.

Royalmont Academy utilizes a blended learning approach.  From Classical Studies, Modern Studies and Christian Studies, students are given the tools to not just learn the information, but implement it in their daily lives.  STEM and Engineering classes are offered in addition to core subject areas.

Integrating the highest standards while teaching students, we believe our philosophy of Integral Formation, the balanced, comprehensive education of the entire person is achieved through the complete, harmonious development of the four dimensions of the person: Intellectual, Human, Spiritual and Apostolic.
